The financial scorecard, or measurement of a company’s success, reflects proper financial management and accounting.

Estimating and Scheduling for Profitable Business Operations

Oct. 7 and 14; 1-4 p.m. ET

Learn how to increase your efficiency and profitability, improve client satisfaction, and bolster subcontractor and vendor relationships through precise estimating and scheduling of projects. Come away with the knowledge and skills to perform two of the critical processes in project planning: estimating costs and creating a project schedule. The ability to effectively plan a project is vital to your success.

Construction Contracts & Law

Oct. 19 and 26; 1-4 p.m. ET

Get a step-by-step explanation of how contracts sustain positive customer and supplier relations, provide for resolution of disputes, and minimize the risk of litigation. You will learn about mandatory and optional provisions, warranties, and arbitration procedures. Special emphasis is given to troubleshooting contracts for detrimental positions.

Project Management

Oct. 21 and 28; 1-4 p.m. ET
