Bill Owens Seeks Certification as Candidate for NAHB 2023 Third Vice Chair

The NAHB Nominations Committee has announced that William W. “Bill” Owens, president of Owens Construction Contracting Co. in Worthington, Ohio, submitted his Letter of Intent to seek certification as a candidate for NAHB 2023 Third Vice Chairman at the 2022 International Builders’ Show meetings. He is a member of the BIA of Central Ohio.

The Nominations Committee invites all interested parties to submit input on any concerns, comments or perceived challenges involved in certifying him as a candidate. All information needs to be submitted by Dec. 3, 2021. The Committee will not consider any information submitted on an anonymous basis.

    Couldn’t ask for a better person when it comes to being personable, engaged through his state, local and national group, and in tune with the building industry and its needs, then Bill Owens. I wish him well as he starts his path to the 3rd Vice Chair seat knowing full well he will do what it takes to protect our members and the industry from harmful regulation and or changes.
