With less than four months to go before the crucial November elections, BUILD-PAC's high donors are stepping up their support of NAHB's bipartisan federal political action committee, dedicated to electing the most qualified pro-housing, pro-business candidates to federal office.

Throughout the 2018 election cycle, BUILD-PAC supported more than 370 pro-housing candidates and 85% of these candidates won. "We are working hard to ensure that housing's voice is heard before the November elections," said BUILD-PAC Chairman Justin MacDonald. "Now more than ever, it is important for us to unite and support our industry."

A select group of BUILD-PAC members go above and beyond to improve the business environment for the home building industry by investing at the high-donor level. High donor clubs are comprised of the Capitol Club, Platinum Club and Gold Key Club:

  • Capitol Club members contribute the maximum amount allowed annually, $5,000, and are the true leaders of BUILD-PAC. Capitol Club currently has 164 members with 15 new members recruited this election cycle. Texas is leading the charge with 17 members, the highest number of Capitol Club members in a single state.
  • Platinum Club members donate $2,500 annually and understand the importance of investing in housing. The club has 53 members and is continuing to grow. California has the highest enrollment of dedicated Platinum Club donors with three members.
  • The Gold Key Club is BUILD-PAC's largest high donor club with the annual contribution of $1,000. The Gold Key Club has donors from all 50 states and 837 members across the Federation. Tennessee has the most Gold Keys with 39 members.
