Hispanic Builders to Talk Housing with Hill Leaders

capitolThe National Hispanic Contractors Association (NHCA) will host two upcoming events as part of its 2018 Legislative Summit in Washington — and it’s offering big discounts on registration to all NAHB members.

Several key issues will be discussed during the summit, including immigration, housing affordability, economic growth and many others. The two events include:

  • A reception at the National Housing Center (NAHB’s headquarters) on Sept. 26, where several special guests will be in attendance, including NAHB Second Vice Chairman Dean Mon, and countless other business and political leaders will meet and network.
  • An advocacy day on Sept. 27 on Capitol Hill, which will bring these industry leaders together with key lawmakers and government officials — with the help of some of NAHB’s chief government affairs staff.

The NHCA, a non-profit organization representing thousands of Hispanic-owned construction firms across the country, is offering NAHB members free admission to the networking reception. It’s also offering 50% off the cost of registration for the entire summit to those who register by Friday Sept. 7.
