Grant Can Help Address Your Workforce Development Needs

Does your HBA have an innovative workforce development program that needs seed money to help get it off the ground?

The National Housing Endowment (NHE) offers HBAs the Challenge/Build/Grow Initiative, a grant of up to $5,000 in matching funds for programs and projects addressing two of NAHB’s highest priority areas: education and workforce training.

NHE wants to challenge the building industry to help build and grow new state and local partnerships and opportunities. And these matching funds provide a great opportunity for your HBA to increase its involvement in your local community.

The program or project must address NHE’s mission of advancing the education, training and innovation goals of the home building industry. You can learn more about the criteria for the grant and access the application here. Applications are due Friday, May 12.
