A collaboration between builder David Jackson of Jackson Design Build and marketing consultant Robert August of North Star Synergies – both active members of the HBA of Metro Denver – resulted in a Denver Parade of Homes entry that also served as a universal design showcase, brought new vendor partnerships (and about $350,000 in donated product) and was toured by more than 5,000 visitors: a win-win for all involved.
