ITC Opens New Investigation into Wooden Cabinets and Vanities from China

On March 6, the American Kitchen Cabinet Alliance, which includes more than 25 domestic companies, filed a petition with the Department of Commerce and the International Trade Commission (ITC) for the imposition of anti-dumping and countervailing (CVD) duties on wooden cabinets and vanities from China. The petition claims that the Chinese imports are being dumped at margins up to 259.99%.
