The National Housing Endowment, NAHB’s philanthropic arm, last week gave a new boost to the Home Builders Institute Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training program with a $57,000 check from donations to the Skilled Labor Fund, an initiative launched in 2017 to address the shortage of skilled labor entering the residential construction market.
