NAHB has named three creative new products as the Global Innovation Award winners for 2016. The winners are an educational course series by Wellness Within Your Walls, an exterior-wall insulation technology by Timber Block, and an electric fireplace replacement product by Dimplex.

It’s also a large reason why Marvin has been selected as the NAHB Remodeler of the Month for January.
“By presenting the Designee of the Year awards, NAHB honors individuals who stand out as professionals in their fields and elevate the industry through education,” said 2016 Education Chair William L. Shaw Jr., GMR, CGR, GMB, CAPS and CGP, a Houston remodeler and NAHB instructor.
NAHB named 14 winners for the 11th annual NAHB/Builders Mutual Insurance Company Safety Award for Excellence (SAFE) for their commitment to strong safety programs. The winners were recognized at the SAFE awards reception held during the International Builders’ Show in Orlando.
