A new NAHB offering — 15-minute Design Bites — packs a punch in content, without bogging down your schedule.

Join us Thursday, Dec. 10, at 2 p.m. ET for the first Design Bite, Spaces for Joy: How Color and Lighting Can Capture Buyers.

Feeling blue when all the walls are greige? Outdated finishes and (lack of thoughtful) lighting casting dark shadows on your home sales? You’re not alone!

Learn to lift a home’s mood — and bring joy to your buyers — in the first of its kind Design Bite. In 15 minutes — the time it takes to enjoy your morning coffee or brush your teeth 7.5 times — two award-winning industry pros and popular IBS speakers will fast-talk you through the color and lighting must-dos and must-haves in every home to create memorable spaces for joy. You’ll also get a peek at the latest color trends and popular palettes for the year ahead. Thoughtfully executed, these color and lighting strategies will make the difference between your offerings and your competition’s. In only 15 minutes of focus, your homes will be looking fab.

Registration is free to all, including NAHB members and non-members. Upon registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation email, including the Zoom link and login information (which opens in a new window).
