YP Week banner 2020NAHB’s Young Professionals (YP) Week begins today, and we’re kicking it off by featuring the extraordinary NAHB resources available to help members’ businesses succeed.

If you’re looking to start a business in the home building industry but are unsure about the critical first step to take, join us this afternoon, Oct. 12 at 2 p.m. ET, for a free webinar, “Starting Your Business, What You Need to Succeed.”

This session will feature three young business owners in the home building industry and will offer tips and tricks to start a successful business in residential construction. Access the Zoom meeting at zoom.us/j/91031879125 (Passcode: 216726).

NAHB Education also offers courses and webinars, both live and on-demand, that address business management fundamentals and best practices in home building. On Wednesday, Oct. 14, the webinar Take Charge of Your Books: Key Components of Solid Financial Management, will teach the foundations of financial management, accounting and budgeting in construction.
