Top Spike Shares the Value of Membership with Long-Time Vendors

Looking to recruit members into the NAHB Federation? A top Spike for September says that you just need to break out your Rolodex.

David Adams of Highland Homes in Florida believes now is the time to get back to the way we used to do business: with other members.

“I’ve begun contacting our long-term vendors and partners that were once members to reengage with our association as we need their help in promoting our high school construction academies and joining together in one voice to promote and protect our industry,” said Adams. “I also have encouraged our new vendors and partners to look at the benefits the 3-in-1 membership offers, not to mention the mentoring and exposure they receive by being active members.”

These Spikes brought in the most new Builder and Associate members to the Federation in September 2018. Thank you for growing our network of professionals.

Region A: Three-way tie:

Region B: David Adams, Highland Homes, Polk County BA (Fla.)

Region C: Jim Dunham, Jim Dunham & Associates, HBA of The Sioux Empire (S.D.)

Region D: Chris Hall, Chris Hall Custom Homes LLC, East Texas BA

Region E: Dwight Mitsunaga, DM Pacific Inc., BIA of Hawaii

Recruit five or more members this year and you have the chance for access to the VIP Spike area at the 2019 IBS Closing Concert.
