NAHB’s July 19 webinar, Avoid Costly Mistakes with the New Average Set-Aside Option, looked at how the Omnibus Tax Act of March 2018 provided a new minimum set-aside option that will change many important approaches that Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) professionals take to maintain compliance at tax-credit properties.

We received many additional questions about the new Income Average Test. We’re providing the answers in our follow-up webinar, Income Averaging – Part II – Crucial Updates, scheduled for Dec. 12, from 4-5 p.m. ET.

Participants in this webinar will:

  • Identify common state policies that are emerging for the Income Average Test
  • Review several frequently asked questions about the Income Average Test
  • List some of the best practices that may support the Income Average Test

This webinar is free to HCCP Designees (Member/Non-Member) and Housing Credit Group Council Members (all levels). NAHB Council Member Fee: $39.95; NAHB Member Fee: $44.95; Non-Member Fee: $64.95

Don’t forget, you can earn 1.0 hour for the HCCP designation, as well as CAPS, CGA, CGB, CGP, CGR, CMP, CSP, GMB, GMR, Master CGP, Master CSP and MIRM.
