man using computer for online educationHousing Credit Certified Professionals won’t want to miss the Friday deadline to register for a free webinar, Income Verification Requirements for Affordable Housing Programs.

The webinar will be held on Monday, Oct. 29, from 2-3 p.m. ET and provide detailed instruction on the required methodology for verifying income. A major part of this  webinar will be a comprehensive discussion of employment income, along with military pay, pensions/Social Security, self-employment income and child support.

Participants in this webinar will:

  • Learn the most preferred methods for verifying income of different types
  • Review what not to accept as verification of income
  • Discuss tips on how to verify income when standard methods are ineffective
