Take Advantage of Valuable NAHB Safety Resources in English and Spanish

NAHB is committed to helping home builders keep workers safe on the job site, eliminate preventable accidents, injuries, and deaths, and comply with OSHA requirements and get clean inspections.

NAHB has always provided members with valuable safety resources to help meet these goals. During the Safety 365 campaign this year, many of those resources are now available in Spanish.

All of the NAHB Video Toolbox Talks, and accompanying literature, are available in English and Spanish. Each safety Video Toolbox Talk explains and demonstrates how to recognize, avoid, abate, and prevent construction specific safety hazards through the use of techniques including best industry practices and OSHA regulatory requirements.

The videos were developed in conjunction with the Job-Site Safety Institute and National Housing Endowment and cover a wide range of safety topics from protection from fires and heat stress to new silica safety standards.

The NAHB and JSSI also have developed a safety training seminar on fall prevention in residential construction with all materials available in both English and Spanish.

Many of the other resources found in the safety section of NAHB.org are available in Spanish, including toolboxes with OSHA and NAHB materials. If you see anything you would like to be made available in Spanish, please let us know.
