thank youOne of February’s top Spikes earns his credits by educating vendors on the work his local HBA does for the building industry.

“A strong HBA allows everyone in our industry and area to build with much more ease,” said Jake Eilermann, manager of architecture at McBride & Son Homes and a member of the HBA of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri. “The work the HBA does behind the scenes is extremely valuable for our market’s continued success.”

Member-to-member recruitment and retention efforts are the largest source of growth for the Federation. These efforts lead to the development of the general membership and our leadership pipeline, keeping the face of the Federation true to that of our industry and the scope of interests we represent.

These Spikes brought in the most new Builder and Associate members to our federation in February 2018. Thank you for growing the network!

  1. Obtaining new members and retaining existing members is and had been fun from the beginning! Educating folks about our industry and the importance that each member and employee can make is fantastic!
The more members we retain and add, the stronger advocates we become fore our industry, locally, regionally, nationally and internationally!
    ONwards and UPwards!
