NAHB to Host International Housing Association Meeting

IHA logoThe annual meeting of the International Housing Association takes place April 11-13 at the National Housing Center, NAHB’s home in downtown Washington, D.C.

Representatives from the 12 member countries, including the two newest members, Brazil and Taiwan, will update association leaders on housing-related initiatives from the provision of affordable housing to workforce development: two topics in particular where participants are seeking solutions.

Meeting highlights include a report on the state of the European housing market by noted Norwegian economist Nejra Macic as well as forums and presentations on topics such as land assemblages, home prices and urban planning.
