During the recent Campaign and Elections magazine Grassroots Professional Network conference, the NAHB State and Local Government Affairs team won the Reed Award for Best Advocacy Training Program.

Named after Campaigns & Elections founder Stanley Foster Reed, the Reed Awards embody excellence in political campaigning, campaign management, political consulting and political design.

The NAHB advocacy training program is designed to educate and assist state and local HBAs in not only establishing an advocacy program, but also growing and maintaining a political and member-involved grassroots program.

Seminar topics range from committee setup to lobby days and candidate campaigns.

The Reed Awards & Conference is the agenda-setting event for those in the business of political campaigns. The winners of the 2018 Reed Awards were announced in Charleston, S.C.
