The NAHB Production Builder Executive Club, a VIP luxury networking and programming lounge at the International Builders’ Show, returns to the Orange County Convention Center in 2018.

During the 2017 Show, more than 500 production builder executives from 200 companies took advantage of this comfortable, convenient IBS space.

The lounge, open to director and above executives from the 250 largest single family companies (based on Housing Giants and Builder 200 rankings) is a home base for production builders to relax, do work, network and learn. There is no cost to attend, but an IBS registration is required.

Attendees will enjoy networking breakfasts (with a personal coffee barista), lunches and an open bar in an upscale lounge designed and furnished by Restoration Hardware.

Builders can borrow computers to check email and print out reports or get help with reservations and directions from the executive club concierge while they charge their phones and tablets.

They’ll also enjoy live entertainment, speakers and special events including:

  • Remarks from legendary Florida State University coach Bobby Bowden, presented by Bank of America
  • Q&A with ABC’s Shark Tank guru Daymond John
  • A presentation from Mark Boud, senior vice president and chief economist, Metrostudy
  • A “meet and greet” with the stars from HGTV’s Good Bones
  • A presentation on the Top 30 IBS Products for production builders, curated by Glenn Cottrell from IBACOS Innovation and Nick Lehnert from KTGY Design

Sponsors include Bank of America, Restoration Hardware, Shaw, Trane and Whirlpool.

Please note that separate interest area lounges or Centrals are available for custom builders, sales professionals, multifamily developers, 55+ housing, remodelers, designers and Professional Women in Building members and prospects. Each of these offers segment specific networking and programming options, but do not have entry requirements besides an IBS registration.
