Boost Your Residential Marketing Skills with this MIRM Course

From research and analysis to help you determine where and what to build, to making sure you are reaching the intended buyer, two NAHB courses: “Principles of Residential Marketing: Research & Analysis” and “Principles of Residential Marketing: Strategy & Implementation” will give your business a leg up.

They are also the first steps toward earning the Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM) and the Certified New Home Marketing Professional (CMP) designations. You can earn those course credits as pre-show courses Jan. 7-8 at the 2018 NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS).

Each course has an online and a classroom component. Please note the online portions of each course must be completed before attending the classroom portion at IBS. Worksheets completed for the online portion will be used in the classroom.
