Legacy Custom Built Homes is taking the open concept and making it even more open for The New American Home 2018, the flagship exhibit at the NAHB International Builders’ Show.

Greg Hyatt, president of Hyatt Design and creator of the home’s “modern Tuscan” style, says that the intent of the design is to appeal to a broad demographic.

“We’re going to have thousands of people come visit the home, and as they enter, we want them to feel as though they could immediately move in and feel completely at home,” said Hyatt.

With 6,600 square feet of living space, there will be an abundance of stunning architecture indoors. But there is an equal amount of focus placed on the outdoors.

“The back yard will be an amazing feature of the home and have multiple levels of living areas,” said John Kolb, executive vice president of Legacy Custom Built Homes. “It puts a new and modern twist to that Tuscan design.”
