The fast-paced “60 Design Ideas in 60 Minutes”—among the top three sessions with the highest attendance at IBS 2016—is back by popular demand for IBS 2017 with an all-new lineup of featured guests and future trends.

Industry-leading architects, interior designers and builders will share the latest design trends to easily update elevations, renew floor plans, animate streetscapes and develop dynamic neighborhoods. The 10 esteemed panelists will focus on which products and strategies work best at capturing the buyers’ attention to help close the deal.

In addition to the emerging trends in interior, exterior and outdoor living design, attendees will learn the tricks of the trade on how to:

  • Create an all-new look on a tight budget
  • Find the right materials and manufacturers for the truly unique jobs
  • Satisfy prospective home buyers by understanding their wants and needs

The session will be held Wednesday, Jan. 11, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Attendees can also earn continuing education credit. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
