A big shout out and thank you to Immediate Past Chairman Tom Woods for an outstanding 2015 year of NAHB leadership. His guidance, leadership, and hard work has helped all of us take advantage of more accessible lending for buyers; and enhanced our reach to both sides of the political isle. Those accomplishments, combined with his efforts for more realistic government regulations have made his 2015 leadership era a key gateway to a more prosperous 2016 and beyond. Thank you, Tom!
